1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays). “Processing time” refers to the period from order confirmation to the moment the shipment is dispatched from our facility.
- Note: We carefully package your yoga mats in durable, moisture-resistant packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition for your practice.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates We fulfill orders internationally from our facility in the United Kingdom directly to New Zealand.
- Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Bolton, United Kingdom.
- Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched, the estimated shipping time to New Zealand is 7 to 13 business days.
- Total Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 8 to 16 business days.
3. Shipping Cost We offer Free Shipping on all orders to New Zealand. No handling or delivery fees apply.
4. Import Taxes and Duties (GST)
- Currency: All prices listed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP).
- No Hidden Fees (DDP): We ship to New Zealand using a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method. This means all applicable New Zealand GST (Goods and Services Tax) and import duties are included in the product price or covered by us. You will not be charged any additional fees by the courier upon delivery.
5. Shipping Locations We currently ship exclusively to New Zealand. If your destination is not listed at checkout, please contact us for further assistance.
6. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. You can track your shipment status through the link provided in the email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system as the package travels from the UK to New Zealand.
7. Delays Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather disruptions, customs clearance procedures in New Zealand, or carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding in the event of any unforeseen delays.
