1. Accepted Payment Methods We exclusively use PayPal to process all transactions. This ensures your payment is handled by one of the world's most trusted and secure payment platforms.

You can pay using:

  • PayPal Account Balance: Log in to your existing PayPal account to pay instantly.
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Guest Checkout): You do not need a PayPal account to pay. You can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover cards by selecting "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" (or "Check Out as a Guest") at the PayPal checkout screen.

Please note: We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for international shipments.

2. Currency & Exchange Rates

  • Store Currency: All prices listed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP / £).
  • For New Zealand Customers:
    • Please note that your transaction will be processed in GBP.
    • Your bank or PayPal will automatically convert your New Zealand Dollars (NZD) to GBP based on the current exchange rate at the time of purchase.
    • International Fees: Since our merchant entity is located in the UK, your bank may charge a small "International Transaction Fee" or currency conversion fee. raveli.shop does not collect these fees and has no control over them.

3. Payment Process For your security, the actual payment process takes place on PayPal's encrypted servers:

  1. Select your yoga mat and proceed to checkout.
  2. After entering your shipping information, click "Complete Order".
  3. You will be redirected to the secure PayPal website.
  4. Log in to pay, or select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" to pay as a guest.
  5. Once the payment is successful, you will be redirected back to our store to view your order confirmation.

4. Security & Privacy We prioritize the safety of your data.

  • SSL Encryption: Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your connection.
  • Financial Data Protection: We do not store or have access to your full credit card numbers or bank account details. All sensitive financial information is handled directly by PayPal, which adheres to the highest standards of PCI-DSS compliance.

5. Import Taxes (GST) We ship to New Zealand on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and import duties are included in the price or covered by us. You will not be asked to pay extra fees to the courier upon delivery.

6. Payment Issues If your payment is declined:

  • Ensure your card is enabled for international (GBP) transactions.
  • Check that your billing address matches the address on file with your card issuer.
  • If paying via PayPal balance, ensure you have sufficient funds.
